No. There’s no waiting charge on airport collections and likewise no extra charge if your flight is delayed. Instead, we track your flight and adjust your pickup to suit.
Yes. Airport drop-off and pick-up charges are included in your fare, so there’s nothing extra to pay on the day.
Our Mercedes E-Class saloon takes 3 medium cases plus 1–2 small bags, the E-Class estate takes 5–6 medium cases, and the 8-seat Vito takes 8 or more medium cases. So just tell us what you’re bringing and we’ll send the right vehicle.
Yes. We can provide child seats for £5 per journey. Alternatively, you can leave your own seat with us for £5.
A deposit is required for special occasion bookings, and for airport collections where we haven’t taken you to the airport. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your journey, the deposit is not refundable.
