- Booking details you give us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the booking form: your name, phone number, pickup address, destination, travel date and time, number of passengers, flight number and any notes.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, text or email.
- Website usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether you tapped to call, message or book.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm and carry out your journey, including tracking your flight.
- To contact you about your booking.
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it (analytics, with your consent).
We use your booking details because we need them to provide the service you ask for, and analytics data only on the basis of your consent. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Your booking details are shared only with the driver carrying out your journey. The booking form sends your details through WhatsApp or your own email app, so those services also process the message. Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd). We may share information if required by law or by our licensing authority.
Cookies
Our website uses essential storage to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. You can accept or decline when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information only for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
