How Airport Pickup Works: Flight Tracking and Meeting Your Driver
Booking an airport pickup for your return journey means a car is ready when you land, with no queue and no car park bus. Here is exactly how it works, from booking to the drive home.
Booking your airport pickup
When you book, give us your return date, your flight number and the airport and terminal you are landing at. The flight number is the important part: it is what lets us follow your flight on the day. You can book your return at the same time as your outward journey, or separately.
How flight tracking works
On the day you fly home we check your flight's progress and expected arrival time. If you land early, your driver aims to be there early. If you are delayed, we simply move your pickup to match. There is no waiting charge on airport collections and no extra charge if your flight is delayed.
Meeting your driver at the airport
Once you have collected your luggage, give your driver a call and they will direct you to the meeting point just outside the terminal. If you would prefer a meet and greet inside the arrivals hall, just ask when you book and we will arrange it.
What if something goes wrong?
Long passport queues, a slow baggage belt or lost luggage happen to everyone. Your driver will wait, so just call or message to keep them updated. One of our customers was delayed by over four hours and their driver was there waiting when they came through.
